When you’re trying to plan a bachelor or bachelorette party, or general group trip with friends, a glitzy location like Las Vegas is frequently suggested. After all, “Sin City” has also been called the “Gambling Capital of the World.” However, if your main goal is to gamble on your upcoming trip, you might be interested in visiting a different state entirely—one that, according to new research, has at least one (or up to four!) of the “luckiest” casinos in the United States.
Recently, experts at Gambling ‘N Go analyzed Tripadvisor reviews for every casino in the United States. The experts found that there were over 600 casinos with at least 50 reviews on Tripadvisor, and they analyzed the reviews to see how many included specific keywords (over 175 of them) that suggest luck—such as “amazing payout” and “insane win.”

Surprisingly, four of the top 10 “luckiest” casinos are located in one state: Oklahoma! And Michigan is right behind, claiming two locations in the list.
A spokesperson for Gambling ‘N Go has commented, “It is also surprising to see that none of the casinos in the top ten are located in Nevada, the state most associated with gambling. While Nevada is known for its sheer number of casinos, it’s clear that other states like Oklahoma and Michigan stand out for making their visitors feel the luckiest.”
