A casino operator filed a lawsuit against the National Labor Relations Board that aims to halt a pair of massive unfair labor practice cases pending at the agency.
Red Rocks Resorts Inc. on Tuesday sued the NLRB in the US District Court for the District of Nevada, alleging parts of the agency’s structure violate the US Constitution.
The publicly traded casino company joins a growing list of businesses that have tried to short circuit NLRB cases by launching constitutional attacks against the agency.
