BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – A Bryan County Jury has found a man not guilty of manslaughter after a stabbing death at a Choctaw Casino Parking Garage in June.
Court documents stated police arrested Antonio Latham, 20, in June after surveillance video allegedly showed him stabbing another man in the head with a screwdriver in the Sky Tower parking garage.
Latham was arrested on a murder charge in the death of Phillip Wingfield, 51, but that charge was reduced to manslaughter at the trial.
On Tuesday, the jury found Latham not guilty.
