Casino Fandango in Carson City is hosting its annual Rockin’ Rib-Fest during this extended holiday weekend.
The event started Friday, May 23 and runs all the way through Memorial Day, Monday, May 26. The Ribfest is open from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday-Sunday, and then 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
Admission is free, and the event is open to all ages.
For those wanting to attend, follow the smell of ribs to the third floor of the Casino Fandango parking garage, located at 3800 S. Carson Street.
In addition to the rib cook-off competition, attendees can expect other BBQ vendors, crafts, a beer garden and live music all weekend.
