According to HK01, recent photos of Lieu’s daily life were shared on the website of Ewhurst Estate, a £28 million (US$36.9 million) farm she owns in Hampshire, the U.K.
In the images, Lieu is seen dressed casually in sportswear, without makeup, yet still radiating with toned skin and a bright demeanor. She is shown welcoming a group of elementary school children visiting the farm, guiding them around the estate, and sharing her knowledge of environmental conservation.
The Daily Mail reported that Lieu purchased Ewhurst Park in 2020. According to the park’s website, it is a 925-acre rural estate currently undertaking a biodiversity and sustainability project. The goal is to restore the land to benefit nature, grow healthy and ethically produced organic food, and reconnect people with nature and food origins through community outreach, as well as educational and hospitality events hosted on the estate.

This contrasts sharply with her past as a mistress of Chau, with whom she has four children. Their relationship first attracted significant public attention in 2014, when Chau was still married to entrepreneur Heidi Chan.
Reports from The Straits Times suggest that Chau paid Lieu HK$300 million (US$38.7 million) as a “break-up fee” after their separation in 2019.
At 40, Lieu’s career as a model saw her front campaigns for high-end brands such as Dior, Miu Miu, Omega, and Marc Jacobs. She also built a successful career as a TV presenter and actress.
Chau, 51, is the founder and former CEO of Suncity, once the largest casino junket operator in Macau, according to AP. In Nov. 2021, Macau police arrested Chau and other suspects for their involvement in illegal gambling operations and money laundering, with the case later handed over to prosecutors, as reported by the Global Times.
In Jan. 2023, a Macau court convicted him of fraud, leading a criminal organization, and managing illegal gambling. He was sentenced to 18 years in prison and is currently incarcerated at Coloane Prison in Macau.
