CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – Century Casinos, Inc. announced Tuesday a long-term agreement with BetMGM to bring sports betting to Missouri.
Under the agreement, BetMGM will operate online and mobile sports betting under Century’s license in Missouri, with options for retail sportsbooks.
The partnership is contingent on obtaining necessary gaming licenses and regulatory approvals.
Century Casinos operates several properties in the U.S. and Canada, including Century Casinos & Hotels in Cape Girardeau and Caruthersville, Missouri.
