Las Vegas-based Clarity Game Nevada, LLC announced Tuesday the completion of its acquisition of Stockman’s Casino operations on April 1, 2025. Closing on the operation marks the final step in the transaction. The first step included a land and asset deal, which was completed in September 2024.
Stockman’s Casino To Undergo Renovations, Add New Slot Machines
Stockman’s Casino has been operating in downtown Fallon since its opening in 1955. A casino spokesperson said there are a few changes on the agenda, including renovations, new slot machines, and reimagined spaces designed to enhance guests’ gaming and entertainment experience.
Meanwhile, Clarity Game, LLC is run by Nevada natives David Ross and Michael Gaughan III. Ross and Gaughan have worked together for approximately 30 years in senior management for Coast Casinos, Affinity Gaming, and the JW Marriott & Rampart Casino.
The acquisition of Stockman’s Casino marks Clarity’s third casino acquisition in the last six months as the organization continues to pursue gaming opportunities within the Silver State and across the United States.
“Mike and I have been interested in operating casinos in Northern Nevada for a long time as we both have houses in the area. The opportunity with Stockman’s in Fallon was exciting due to the historic aspects of the town,” said Ross.
“As natives of Nevada we know there is more to the state than just Las Vegas and our philosophy of loose slots, good food and great service is a natural fit in Churchill County.”
Full House Resorts Signed Agreement With Clarity Game, LLC In September 2024
Clarity Game, LLC purchased the casino from Full House Resorts, which had acquired Stockman’s Casino in 2007.
In September 2024, Full House Resorts entered into an agreement with Clarity Game, LLC to sell the land, building, and certain other operating assets of Stockman’s Casino for total gross proceeds of approximately $9.2 million.
The asset sale is occurring in two transactions: the sale of Stockman’s real property for $7 million, and the sale of certain remaining operating assets for $2.2 million.
Full House Resorts agreed to temporarily pay monthly rent of $50,000 to Clarity – and would continue to operate Stockman’s Casino – until the closing of Tuesday’s transaction.
“The first step is making sure it’s a smooth transition for our team members and guests. All of the points and comps our players had before are still available to them,” Gaughan III said last year.
“We do have exciting plans for the future including new slot machines and casino renovations that reimagine the gaming spaces to create a more exciting experience.”
Stockman’s Casino features 188 slot machines, virtual table games, sports betting, and the Stockman’s Café. The casino is open 24 hours every day, while the café is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
