Couer d'Alene Casino Resort

WORLEY, ID – Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel was named Tribal Gaming Operator of the Year at the SBC Awards Americas, held at Hard Rock Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The award recognizes outstanding performance across multiple areas including innovation, community impact, operational excellence, and responsible gaming. Coeur d’Alene Casino stood out for several forward-looking initiatives, such as integrating AI-powered Aescape massage technology into its Spa Ssakwa’q’n, offering guests a customizable, touch-free wellness experience.

Other key innovations include the launch of Circling Raven Golf Suites, a year-round virtual golf and gaming venue complementing the resort’s acclaimed 18-hole Circling Raven Golf Club, and the Discovery Den, a first-in-region space where guests can preview and provide feedback on new video gaming machines.

In addition to customer-focused innovation, the casino’s strong community investment also contributed to the win. The Coeur d’Alene Tribe has donated over $36.5 million to education, healthcare, and local charities.

“We’re honored to be recognized by SBC,” said Laura Penney, CEO. “This award reflects our ongoing commitment to service, innovation, and community.”

The resort features 300 guest rooms, 1,200 video gaming machines, a high-stakes bingo hall, 15,000 sq. ft. spa, diverse dining options, and expansive meeting and event space. A new taco-themed eatery will open this summer.
