A FAMILIAR face brought around 4,300 passengers with her as she sailed into Greenock this morning.
Regal Princess became the latest large ship to visit Inverclyde as the cruise season continues its busy start.
Operated by Princess Cruise Lines, the vessel boasts more than 1,400 balconies across 20 decks which give spectacular sea views for passengers.
(Image: George Munro) She also features an impressive array of attractions and facilities, which include a casino, a sophisticated theatre, an outdoor cinema, three large dining rooms, a TV studio and a luxurious spa.
Her most unique attraction is glass floor walkway, which extends 60 feet beyond the edge of the ship and hangs 128 feet above sea level.
Regal Princess has also previously graced TV screens as the setting for the American and Australian versions of the reality show ‘The Real Love Boat’.
The cruise ship arrived in Greenock this morning at around 7am, the latest stop on a 12-day cruise.
The Regal Princess will be the most frequent cruise ship visitor to Greenock over the coming months, with 12 further calls scheduled between now and early October.
