The Global Gaming Expo wants to determine who deals the best blackjack hands and roulette spins at U.S. casinos.
The organization on Tuesday announced the first G2E Dealer Championship. Scheduled for October 7-8 at G2E in Las Vegas, participants across the industry will showcase skills in blackjack and roulette while navigating challenges that highlight their skills.
Participants will be judged on technical precision, flair and a commitment to providing patrons with a world class experience.
According to a news release, the G2E Dealer Championship will be an opportunity for casino industry employees to be celebrated for their art, professionalism and “what it takes to be considered one of the greatest dealers in the world.”
The contest is open to dealers employed full-time at land-based casinos in the United States and must be nominated by their employer. Casino operators may send one contestant of their choosing per property.
The event will be held at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas.
