LEBANON, N.H. (WCAX) – A new casino in the Upper Valley is officially open for business.
The Revo Casino and Social House cut the ribbon on the new charitable gaming operation in Lebanon, New Hampshire, on Wednesday morning.
It’s located in an old car dealership on the Miracle Mile, replacing a much smaller poker house that has been in Lebanon since 2018.
Thirty-five percent of all revenues are donated to nonprofits, but casino officials say the entire city could see a boost from the new business.
“This property will be a catalyst for further development here on the Miracle Mile. The buildings sat empty for more than four years. So, to bring it back in a big way with a property like this, with entertainment, dining and, of course, gaming, I think it is going to be a lot of fun,” said Todd Moyer of the Revo Casino and Social House.
The poker house it replaces gave more than $1 million to Granite State charities last year. The new property is expected to grow to more than $2 million.
The Grafton County Senior Citizens Council is among the organizations slated to benefit.
