LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – FOX5 obtained the grand jury evidence for Aerion Warmsley, the 19-year-old accused of a deadly casino shooting and multiple carjackings afterward.
On March 27, Warmsley is seen on the third floor of Aliante Casino’s parking garage, just a few hours before the shooting. A security guard found him and another man loitering around 1:45 a.m.
At 5:30 a.m., Warmsley could be seen confronting victim Na’Onche Osborne, 23, for a second time.
The two appear to talk for a few moments before Warmsley attacks him. Police say he shot at Osbourne. The victim fell and Warmsley allegedly goes through the victim’s pockets before leaving.
Warmsley then led police on a dangerous high-speed chase throughout the Las Vegas Valley. He would crash the first car near Spring Mountain and I-15, about half an hour after the shooting.
Police chased him to Boulder Highway where he crashed again.
911 caller: “You need fire, paramedics, everything. There’s been a major crash at Tropicana and Boulder Highway. Like we’re in the intersection that hit the bus stop, I think there’s people there, there’s cops already here, but we need paramedics like fast.”
Police say he stole a second car at a Burger King drive-thru nearby before driving in the opposite direction of traffic at speeds more than 100 mph throughout most of the chase.
“Okay, we need to get this guy pitted out and stopped. He’s already carjacked someone and already murdered someone. We need to get this guy stopped”

Officers followed Warmsley onto southbound US 95 to Mission Hills before leading police back to Boulder Highway and Tropicana.
About half an hour into the chase, the car stops. Police say Warmsley stole another car at gunpoint near Sam’s Town. He gets into the backseat and held the driver and passenger hostage, according to the grand jury evidence.
Five minutes later, police stopped the car just up Boulder Highway near Sahara. Officers were able to take Warmsley into custody and ended the chase at around 9 a.m.
