D’Iberville, Miss. (WLOX) – The Scarlet Pearl Casino in D’Iberville will close at midnight on Monday, January 20 due to winter weather.
A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for all of South Mississippi through Tuesday night, into Wednesday morning.
The casino hopes to reopen by Noon on Wednesday, January 22, weather and roads permitting.
On Monday, city leaders in D’Iberville issued a proclamation of emergency ahead of the winter weather.
