LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A grand jury has handed down an indictment for the suspect accused of a deadly shooting and carjackings across the Las Vegas Valley.

Aerion Warmsely, 19, faces charges including murder with a deadly weapon, robbery, burglary and battery. It started with a deadly shooting at Aliante Casino in North Las Vegas on March 27.

Within an hour of that shooting, Warmsely is accused of a car crash near Spring Mountain and I-15. He’s accused of committing multiple carjackings afterward.

Warmsely was taken into custody near Sahara Avenue and Boulder Highway.

According to documents obtained by FOX5, a Clark County grand jury claims Warmsely willfully committed robbery and reckless driving. The jury also accuses him of killing Na’Onche Osborne, 23.

Warmsely is scheduled for an initial arraignment on June 11.
